Short version: we don't collect what you type
Bill rates, pay rates, cash figures, whatever goes into a StaffingLedger engine gets calculated in your browser and stays there. No server round trip, no log, no copy kept on our end. The rest of this page fills in the how and why.
What we don't do
We don't transmit calculator inputs to analytics or any third party, and we don't log client revenue, payroll amounts, cash balances, pay rates, profit figures, or any other business financial data you enter into an engine.
Local storage, currently unused
StaffingLedger does not store calculator inputs in your browser's local storage or IndexedDB today. If a future Agency Profile feature adds that, to let engines remember your typical pay rate across visits, this page will explain exactly what's stored and how to clear it before that feature ships, not after.
Analytics, without the tracking
Google Analytics 4 tells us how many people visit, which engines get used, and how visitors find the site, in aggregate. Advertising and ad-personalization signals are denied, so none of it builds an ad profile or targets you. Visitors in the EU, EEA, UK, and Switzerland get a cookieless version automatically, no cookie set, no consent prompt, no banner. Elsewhere a first-party analytics cookie keeps counts accurate, and a Global Privacy Control signal from your browser turns that off too. Opt out any time through your browser's cookie or tracking-protection settings, orGoogle's opt-out add-on; none of it affects any calculator.
Hosting
StaffingLedger runs on Cloudflare Pages, which keeps the standard server logs (IP address, browser type, requested pages) any host needs to deliver a site and defend it against abuse. Routine infrastructure, not a visitor profile.
